We are first time home buyers and feel that our real estate agent has gone above and beyond to help us through the process. What kind of gifts would be appropriate?

With summer approaching, I want to take my son out and enjoy warmth. We have been stuck in winter too long. I want to teach him how to play baseball, basketball, football, etc. I just want to teach him the basic concepts of the games.
Here’s the problem: I don’t play any sports at all. I like watching sports but don’t really know any of the “rules”. Is there any book, article, website, or advice you have to help me? Remember he’s only two so I know I don’t have to know everything just yet. But I do have to learn it between now and when he really understands the game.
