1Ok, the big obvious one is Religion. though this is not always true,(as many religions are based on books) it is true in general. Though you could possibly make the argument that since religion requires some sort of organized method of thinking, it qualifies as science or technology.
Another one is any type of physical activity that doesn’t require any type of special equipment, such as walking, swimming, sleeping, etc.
Another one might be speech and/or conversation.(On the other hand, you could use the same argument as with religion.)
