What Specific Services Should Be Disabled In Order To Prevent The Ipod Services From Stoping?

I plug in my ipod, it can be seen on “My Computer”, but not on itunes, recently all of my services had been disabled, and i think that one of those services is preventing itunes from allowing me to manage my music. So does anyone know what service it is thats preventing management of my ipod music on itunes?

    You need
    iPodService.exe
    and
    iTunesHelper.exe
    Running in the background.
