I clean houses for a living. For the first time in my life I have a lady that is very unhappy with my services. She wrote a very rude review of my work. She was upset that I don’t do certain things,(like all the wood work in her house) and that I was charging too much for my services. I have been cleaning for her for almost a year. When I first met her, I gave her a list of the services that I provide(wood work was not on that list) and we settled on a price. How do I tell her that I no longer want to clean her house without sounding rude?
